Hot Water / HW
Hot water systems
Storage and instantaneous hot water supplied, installed and commissioned, with the tempering valve set and the old unit taken away.
A hot water unit that has died gets replaced the same way regardless of brand: isolate, drain, disconnect, remove, mount, connect, fill, purge, commission. The part that separates a good install from a quick one is what happens after the water is back on.
The tempering valve gets set so the outlet temperature at the tap is safe, the relief line is run to a legal discharge point, and the unit is strapped and seated so it is not carrying its own weight on the connections.
Storage electric, storage gas and instantaneous gas are all different animals. Which one suits depends on how many outlets run at once, what the existing supply can carry, and what the run costs look like over the life of the unit.

Questions
Before you book
Send the suburb, a description of the job and a photo if you can. Most jobs get narrowed down before anyone attends, then the price is confirmed on site and agreed before work starts.
Yes. The work spans residential and commercial, from a single failed tap through to renovation rough-in and compliance devices on commercial sites.
One price for the job, agreed before work starts, covering labour, materials and any certificate the work requires. If something genuinely unexpected turns up once things are open, work stops and you get a call before it continues.
