About

A plumbing business that shows its work

AquaCore Plumbing works across Melbourne and the north western suburbs on drainage, hot water, gas, compliance devices, renovation rough-in and roof plumbing.

Most of what a plumber does is invisible within a week of finishing. The drain gets buried, the pipework gets sheeted over, and what is left is a tap that either works or does not. That makes plumbing quite an easy trade to do badly and quite a hard one to check.

So this site does the checkable version. Every service listed has a completed job behind it, every job links to the post it came from, and every suburb page says plainly whether there is work on record there or whether it is simply inside the area covered. Nothing here is a stock photo with a stock claim attached.

The work spans residential and commercial: drainage and sewer, storage and instantaneous hot water, gas appliance installs and changeovers, RPZ and backflow devices, pressure limiting valves, bathroom and laundry rough-in, roof plumbing, and the ordinary maintenance that keeps the emergency calls rare.

At AquaCore Plumbing, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality plumbing solutions built on precision, professionalism, and trust.

How we work

Four things that do not change

  1. 01

    Tested before it is covered

Pipework gets water tested while it is still cheap to pull up. Anything that does not hold comes out at the trench stage rather than at the ceiling stage.

  2. 02

    Priced by the job

One number, agreed before work starts. No meter running while a decision gets made, and no invoice that arrives bigger than the conversation.

  3. 03

The quote and the work are the same person

Whoever prices the job is who turns up to do it, so nothing gets lost between the two.

  4. 04

    Both options, honestly

On repair-or-replace calls you get both prices and the running-cost difference. Sometimes the honest answer is the cheaper one.

The ABN links through to the public register so you can check it yourself. A plumbing licence number is not published here because it has not been verified, and this site does not state credentials it cannot back up.

How a job runs

Four steps, start to finish

  1. 01

    Tell us what is happening

A message with the suburb, the problem and a photo. Most jobs can be narrowed down to one or two likely causes before anyone gets in a van.

  2. 02

    Looked at on site

Quotes get worked out against your actual setup, not a price list. What is behind the wall changes the job, so the job gets priced after someone has seen it.

  3. 03

    Price agreed before work starts

One price for the job, agreed up front. If something genuinely unexpected turns up once things are open, work stops and you get a call before it continues.

  4. 04

    Installed, tested, commissioned

Pipework tested before it is covered, appliances checked running rather than just connected, and the site left clean. Anything that needs a certificate gets one.
